Find the “pausitivity” in menopause!

Saireen is a Vancouver based global entrepreneur. She enjoys interacting with people, building relationships, learning and sharing what she has learned about health and nutrition. Saireen jointly hosts a twice-weekly Facebook talk show, Healthy Way Vibes. Saireen has developed a coaching program called Loving Menopausitivity designed to help women be healthy, strong, thriving and sexy. She is very focused on giving back to the community and has co-sponsored/ supported numerous charitable organizations.

Loving my experience so far

I recently completed this course with Saireen. It was very helpful to learn
about one of life’s journeys from someone who has experienced it before me. Not
only did I learn about some things I didn’t know, like how long you can be in perimenopause and menopause or how certain foods can trigger hot flashes but it was also nice to not feel like I was going through this change alone. Many of my friends haven’t reached this stage in life yet so it was difficult to discuss what I have been going through.

Each video was short and easily digestible. It made it easy to make time in my day to watch and learn and reflect on how I could use the information. Also if I got behind a day or two I could easily catch back up. I also liked how you can track how you are progressing through each module. If you are at the point in your life where you are in perimenopause or menopause and could use guidance, seeking knowledge, or just need someone to talk to who has been through the experience, I recommend taking this course Loving Menopausitivty with Saireen.
