Begin your transformation on day one with your first pampering – a living cuisine breakfast from renowned Vegan Chef Agathe Mathieu, followed by a meditation to center and relax you. You’ll then learn techniques for managing your menopausal symptoms, including eating high-vibrational, alkaline foods; tapping; yoga and other balancing practices to revitalize your energy.

And that’s just Friday.

The next day, you’ll integrate your learnings with a fabulous spa experience – healthy meals, a relaxing massage and sound healing. You will end your retreat experience with hope, inspiration and tools to launch you on your path of
transformation.
